Birkenstock Boston Soft Footbed Taupe Narrow

My grandson could not comfortably wear the Birkenstock in a narrow. I returned the shoes and am completely impressed with the store. Shoooz was a pleasure to deal with both in making the purchase online, delivery before Christmas and the return. I live in Massachusetts and the store is in Fl. I believe there are 2 stores in the same community. Not being a larger business I was not expecting the wonderful service I received. Well done!
