The item was great. The shipping was way slower than expected. Paid extra for quicker shipping to make sure it arrived well before mothers day for my wife. The shipping label wasn't even created until a week after the order was placed and still a few more days before the package actually hit the carrier. You desperately need faster logistics on the front end so you can stand by the shipping quotes on the site
