Extremely disappointed with my most recent order from New York & Co. I ordered several dresses to try on for an upcoming wedding and paid the extra fee for "free and easy returns". Unfortunately, none of them worked out or the size needed was unavailable for exchange. Now that I’m going through the return process, I am only seeing an option for store credit. This was not highlighted anywhere when I submitted this order and feels extremely shady. I frequently online shop and have never run into this issue where I can't receive the funds back to the purchasing card. Please provide me a number to call or a way to receive the funds back on my credit card.
