2 out of 3 came dead and they state online that they wouldn’t ship it in hot weather yet mine came in 90° heat. Don’t want a refund or replacement. I just want to stop dealing with these people and not use them again.

I was expecting it too be at least a bit sluggish (snailish) but it was already moving around alot by the time i got it. After i put it in the tank it immediately started moving around and even at 2 or 3 snails instantly! Its not doing amazing and has been named "evil gary" super cool too see eat as well!
