I am able to walk with so much more confidence, I am not feeling like I am going to trip. I did also buy the sandal but do not like them. I cannot get comfortable. But love the shoe. Thank you.

Plug and Play

I got these for my step mom who i care for. She is 78 years old and a cancer survivor with parkesonian issues but no clear diagnosis. Her legs are strong but she would trip on the smallest of bumps and she is very low vision so she does not see the hazards. For the last two years i helicopter parented her walking to avoid a tragic fall. I ordered cadence shoes within hours of seeing an ad for them. I was very nervous that she would not do well in them because she also has dementia and can not really remember any special instructions. Thankfully, within moments of her first wear she was walking wonderfully and has not had any trouble in the month or so she has had them. She loves them and called them the most comfortable shoes shes ever had. I love them because i can trust her surefootedness in them and it saves me loads of stress fretting about her falling. At first i thought 200 dollars was a bit high, but as a former runner and shoe lover who expects a great shoe to be around 80 to 150 these are worth that much and more. They are not a good or great shoe. These shoes are super shoes.
