The bag looks just as pictured. Leather quality is great, and sizing options are accurate. There is lots of room for all of my commuting essentials (laptop, notebook, cosmetic pouch, wallet and more) and the bag offers lots of spots for organization. I did exchange the medium size for the large to better fit a 14" laptop, and the exchange process was seamless. Thank you for the great customer service!
