Pocket Mini Umbrella with 8 Rib Frame for Sun and Rain

I waited nearly one month before I received my order. And asking them numerous times via email why the order is taking so long to be delivered. After receiving my order, I found that two of the items were too big for me and in general, all the items were not suitable. An hour after having the items delivered, I requested a refund and so far it has been 4 days and still no one has responded to my request to have a refund approved. I bought three items which came to nearly AUD $88.00. I am not a happy customer

Lovely compact umbrellas. My only negative is they are a little difficult to open as you get to the top.

Bad customer service. Dismissed my concern about a faulty item.
