Packed well and came frozen with dry ice. All were vacuum packed properly. Easy to defrost and so far so good all smell good and taste fresh. Happy with my purchase.

Tasty wild salmon

Salmon is good, needs a little sauce as it can dry out a little bit while cooking. I found salt & pepper then drizzling it with a little olive oil & lemon juice then baking in parchment paper then wrapped in foil, opening at the end, served with a plain yogurt, lemon, dill sauce did the trick!

Fish great, order arrived incorrect

Great fish, but I ordered three portions of sable fish, only two arrived. Emailed Sizzlefish and the immediately refunded the one order that was missing
