Cloud Biker Shorts - Maternity & Postpartum

Although my daughter loves the product we have been disappointed with the lack of response from customer service. At the time of purchase, I was asked if I wanted to purchase an additional pair of shorts. I made the decision to do that but wanted to get the second pair in a different color (black) than the initial one in gray, that I had ordered. However, noticing the time limitation I had for the decision, I place the order. As soon as I placed it, I realized I didn’t change the color of the second pair. I reached out to customer service immediately hoping I could catch the order prior to shipping to have the change made. Sadly, I never received a response from customer service at all. My daughter has since received the gift and also reached out to exchange the one pair but she has not received a response at the time of this review either.

These were my favorite for in the hospital (which was a full two weeks for me). Comfy and nice compression following surgery. Really great.

Ordered a pair of the black, and a pair of the teal shorts. The teal came in baby blue versus teal so was disappointed that the color was incorrect. I was also not pleased with the quality. I find the material itchy, and thinner than expected for the price I paid for them.
