worst customer service experience of my life + jacket didn't fit

I started out politely asking for a refund because the fit seems more suited to women than men. Ordered an L which fits me in multiple other high quality jackets from other companies. No big deal that it didn't fit, it happens, so I submitted a return form, and sent an email asking for a refund on a $640 jacket. I've sent almost 10 emails, submitted forms on the site, have not received a return label , have been denied refund on a expensive item that simply doesn't fit. Have had to beg for a reply, and the only reply I received, instructed me to order a new jacket model coming out this month, and/or exchange for a different size. Incredibly frustrating experience, and as a first time customer, this has turned me off to the entire brand. Would be easy to refund me and make it right. Instead, I've been met with one email in 2+ weeks, no return label, and silence.

Thoughtfully made

Such a lovely, sturdy leather jacket & I can’t wait to break it in. I was unsure of sizing, but I got a medium as an athletic built 5’6” 150lb gal. Typically a size 6/8. It’s fits great, any smaller would have fit, but wouldn’t have the desired look. I could have gotten a large if I wanted a truer oversized look. I feel like the medium fits my personal style & fit best. Oversized, but I’m still wearing it, rather than having it wear me haha. I love it.

Great jacket

Beautifully made jacket, however the sizing could be more flexible. For example, the arm length is 4 inches too long for me and I’m 5 ft 4”. There’s no extra small option.
