This is a such a cosy and comforting drink. I've been drinking it hot, and it's comfort in a mug. Whilst I haven't noticed it any change in sleep, the comfort and taste of it is delightful

I LOVE THIS MOON MYLK! It’s definitely fave I don’t find it too sweet as I make it like instant coffee - mix with milk of choice and top up with boiling water ✅

Such a fun flavour. So cosy and sweet. Tastes like dessert but I love knowing it’s beneficial to me! I honestly think the biggest impact is mentally having a cute ritual that my brain associates with winding down.
