Works good

I've only been using this for about a week but the few times I've had to use it on our black lab, Rocky, he has responded well to it. One of the remotes I have doesn't always work, but I think it's because of a weak battery in the remote and not the remote itself even though the remote is brand new.

Easy to lose

I love the device in general; however, keeping track of the remote is cumbersome. My phone does not have MagSafe, and the car mount is an adjustable magnetic holder with metal plate inside the phone case. I cannot attach the remote to my phone because of this. I have to carry the remote separately and just hope I have a pocket to keep it in. I would love another option, such as a silicone sleeve with a loop that I can attach to the phone case or leash or lanyard.
