NeoLucida PLUS

Disappointing NeoLucida

I'm completely disappointed with your NeoLucida device. I have attached it to a table as instructed and have tried every possible arrangement and angle setting, but I'm unable to use the viewer to copy / trace any image. I can see the image to be copied, but the pencil is not viewable on the paper. This was a total waste of money. Unfortunately, I was too optimistic at the outset and threw the box away. Otherwise, I would have returned it. I sure hope this is not indicative of the many other products you offer.

Intnational shipping is a joke and tracking message don’t inform you where to pick up you package or which local carrier has you package. Import taxes are not explained in advance so expect at 30€ extra. Customer feed me generic and unhelpful answers taking no responsibility for how the chose to ship.

Definite learning curve

Middle of the road rating at this point as I have experimented with the device and there is definitely a learning curve involved in mastering the technique. Ask me again later and I may have better experience.
