Excellent customer service

We bought the above collar for our noisy French Mastiff, but he has a curiously high pitched bark so the collar wouldn't always go off. The kind folk at Calmshops were very helpful and advised us to try a different brand which is much better. Our dog's excessive barking is already being reduced. Top service, very many thanks.

It works

In less than two weeks my dog has reduced his barking to a very acceptable and now social level. He is also more centered and less reactive during walks. The collar doesn't not bother him, and he is happy when I put it on.
