Zipper broke first pull
Disappointed. Granddaughter excitedly filled the case with her Oodie. It fits perfectly. Tried to zip it and the pull came off in her hand.
I emailed the company to get it sorted and have received several requests for my review of the products rather than an answer on how to proceed to get this resolved. Hopefully they'll let me know how to have it replaced soon.

I love these cases. They are perfect for storing my Oodies PJs, Oodies, blankets, actual pillows, and anything else you may want to store in there, nice traveling.
