VIPEK R3C Plus Rolling Clothes Rack, Black Rack with Gray Cover

I had a house fire after which the salvageable clothing was cleaned & needed to be put into storage. I bought 2 carts that I found were strong enough & designed perfectly to do the job. They arrived quickly. Well packaged. Written, video & pictorial instructions. Although instructions state that you should have 2 people put it together, I did it by myself. In fact, since they worked so perfectly, I just ordered 3 more.
