Peradon Edwardian Two Piece Snooker Cue

Not impressed to be honest

After using this cue for the first time, I have discovered some faults with the workmanship. As a carpenter and joiner I would have expected a first class finish and workmanship. You can feel the grain ridges, also the splicing is not level on one side. I took it to my club which has 4 professional snooker tables and after playing for a while I noticed that I was slightly cueing across the ball, I rolled the cue across the table to find the actual tie of the shaft is bowed. As I said I’m not impressed after paying a lot of money, but, I’ve used it once so I presume that’s my fault for not checking first. How did this cue get past quality control…!!!
