Seems better than the original

I love how this product works and feels on my skin. But I struggle with the delivery. When I first open the tube liquid pours out before the product. Then it’s good for a while. Towards the end of the tube it gets very hard to get out and I have to cut the tube open

This does not wash all my makeup off, I need to use a soap bar to thoroughly clean.

I never received the item, its been a month and customer service has reached out twice to confirm my address which i did both times and then crickets. Very very disappointed and frustrated.
