So far, so good. However, there is room for design improvements. In the adjustable front straps for the chest, it would have been preferred if the excess straps had Velcro to scure it back onto itself the same way the collar is designed. I also found it odd that they used better buckles (metal) on the front and inferior buckles (plastic) on the rear.

The vest ripped apart 5 minutes of it being on my pet. Customer service was very helpful and nice. They were timely in sending a new one so they get 5 stars for that. The new collar and vest they sent however have the same problems with coming apart at the seams.

I wish I had a Velcro “ do not pet” for both sides of the animal and potentially one for the front as well. The buckles do not look as durable as I had assumed they would be. We have a Kong harness and it definitely seems more durable than this one.
