The bag is wonderful but the service was horrendous. I called after the bag did not ship for a full week and they wouldnt cancel. I ordered a bag from a different company at that time and recieved it before the next week and a half it took to ship this item. Ill never order anything from Joola again. Its no longer 1984 where you order something and wait 6-8 weeks.
