Took 5 weeks to arrive. 0 way to contact them, they dont answer emails or via their website, no phone number to call & when it finally arrived it is quite literally a different pattern from the photos on the website. Super thin and different material to advertised in the photos. Also way too small, i usually wear an XL. I ordered 2XL wanting it to be oversized and its too small…

Plaid sides material is extremely thin, poor stitching as well as lots of loose threads. Waist is super tight and doesnt fit like a size large at all. After purchasing I sent about 7 emails to try and cancel (long before it had shipped) as I no longer wanted the product and my emails were returned as undeliverable or just flat out ignored. This just shows the “support” email is completely useless. I also paid for expedited shipping (2-4 days for $8 extra) and it came 3 weeks after the original purchase date. The item ships from China so I guess the length makes sense. The price:quality ratio just isnt justifiable. Listen to the other reviews on these hoodies and save your money.

Photo is not nearly like actual product, the material is shiny synthetic looking so takes away from the flannel side big time. And bottom of jumper fits poorly wouldn’t recommend
