I've been on this for 3 weeks, having swapped from another Menopause natural product. I have not experienced any change in my mood or increase in hot flashes/night sweats which has been promising. My other product had them under control, but I wanted to change to this one as it seemed to cover more symptoms. I'm still craving sugar...but maybe I need to stop buying chocolate!
