Great work boots after break-in

These boots felt very promising right out of the box and for the first couple of days working on level ground. Then I spent several days on steep terrain removing downed trees and immediately felt hot spots on both heels. I thought I was going to develop blisters, but thankfully the leather broke in and there has been no further issue. The comp toe is legit and the waterproof rating holds up as I have been working in intermittent rain and snow with the boots becoming visibly wet and my socks and feet staying dry. I would recommend a week of wear-in, or break-in time with these boots before forming an opinion as to their fit. Overall, these are excellent work boots.

Great boot good quality. Still going strong 9 months in with heavy asphalt paving work. Two thumbs up!
