1. Extremely slow delivery – The package arrived approximately one month after I placed the order, which is far longer than expected. 2. Product does not match the advertised specifications – The product description clearly states that the hedge trimmer is equipped with a brushless motor. However, without disassembling the tool, sparks can be clearly seen through the ventilation openings during operation. This is characteristic of a brushed motor, where carbon brushes contact the commutator. This raises serious doubts that the tool actually has a brushless motor. If it is fitted with a brushed motor, the product does not match the advertised specifications. I specifically chose this product because it was advertised as brushless. I would not have purchased it otherwise. 3. Safety issue – The safety switch does not function correctly. It only works when the tool is held or pulled in a specific position. In a normal working position, the safety switch does not operate properly, creating a potential safety hazard. 4. Poor quality safety glasses – The included safety glasses are of unacceptable quality. The edges of the nose support are extremely sharp and can injure the user’s nose instead of providing protection. Safety equipment should never pose a risk I recommend that the seller correct the product description to accurately reflect the actual specifications.

The trimmer is ok. But the service is bad. Paid for 10 day express delivery. And it took 21 days. And then another 10 days for refund on the delivery. What is it with the company that every thing is 10 days
