Great hatchet. Already taken out for a couple weeks on the trail…invaluable tool, used every night. Great weight, fantastic build.

The hatchet is a gift of special meaning that I am sending as a birthday gift to my eldest son. The only issue I have with it is that the finish on the handle is poor and rough to the touch. It also appears that the finish may not have been applied to the entire handle. I love the forged hatchet bit.
