quick, friendly service

I ordered a custom-sized rack so that it would fit under my window sill. The communication and service were exceptional, and the firewood rack is perfect--minimal, sturdy, and a breeze to put together. I thought I needed the end caps to make sure that my porch floor wouldn't get scratched, but as it turns out, the rack came with them.
