This skillet has excellent fit & finish. If Leidenfrost water-drop test is used and maximum medium heat or so, then it is virtually non-stick. Also, I let whatever I'm frying "set" for 45 seconds before moving it in the pan, and this seems to enhance the non-stick results. It's $60-$80 over-priced when compared to similar titanium.
