Quick Flutter QD Top Coat

Not sure if it was the apartment temperature or a weird reaction but it went matte on most of my swatch sticks, had to recoat with a different topcoat. Will test in the wild to see if issue duplicates.

A must

I LOVE this top coat. It dries super fast and it doesn't have toulene. I wish I knew about this top coat sooner.
