Wooden calendars and replacement plates

Prior to purchasing the seller was able to answer all questions I had on products sold at store. However immediately upon delivery I took pictures and submitted them, within 20 min. The large wooden German calendar had a huge scratch. Seller became defensive stating she packed it her self. Guess what things happen in transit. Not good customer service AT ALL! The correct thing to have done would have been "oh. Sorry about that let's make it right. I'll send you a replacement and you can return the damaged one". I wasn't asking for anything FREE. The calendar I paid was not free. Was over $100. I expected it to come without damage. I shop a lot and won't be shopping at this store. Plenty other stores that have better response to customers.
