OVERLORD X SpongeBob: Chicken Meme

Listen. Hat is great. Image readable. But I bought 2 at the same time (Grrr from Zim hat) and they're supposed to be the same size and this one is smaller. Why? They both say one size fits all and the SpongeBob one is two snaps up and fits my head slugger. I like the hat I just can't understand why its different. Zim hat fits better.
