Excellent boots keep the foot warm

I have bought 3 pairs of these boots/ hoping that the connection behind the heels from the man made leather /rubber type material that forms the base of the boot would actually hold up to the connection of the neo-pream. I am very unhappy that the boots only last 5-6 months of daily usage before the heel seperated from the neopream. I sit down to take them off by hand to avoid stepping on the heel thinking that would make the boots last.

I had already bought my granddaughter a pair last year and she really likes them, so i decided to get my daughter a pair this year. She is very happy with them. Thank You
