The mat is very high quality. I’ve been using it for yoga, Pilates, and HIIT exercises, and it works really well for all of them. The grip on both the top and bottom is great, so it stays in place and doesn’t slip easily. I’ve been so happy with it that I’ve ordered a second one as a spare.

I purchased this item for my daughter and I’m informed it’s the all singing and dancing yoga mat 😄👍. She loves it . My daughter has recently qualified as a yoga instructor ( part time as she has a very demanding full time job) .
