Good for teeth and gums

I have to admit that initially I was grossed out when this came. After a day or 2, I semi thawed one out and sliced it while wearing disposable gloves and using a serrated knife. They loved it!!! It was super chewy and polished their teeth. It’s full of protein and vitamins and so good for them. The second one, I was prepared for and the good outweighs the yuck. I highly recommend the tongue. It’s definitely a favorite, and less fragrant than tripe which we also serve. I guess it’s a labor of love, but not taking short cuts extends longeviand health.
