After sale service is awful

I wear those shoes for a long time now. I odrered the same pair as usual, pay all transport and duties fees. When it arrives, I can't put them on. I had difficulties to contact the customer services and they are happy to take back but I have to pay all the fees... Not even a price for something, I have to pay for everything, even if I explain I'm used to wearing those shoes which means that you change something on the boots. It is the last time I order at Tuffa.
