Irregular Green Moss Design Rug by Johann Banta

My son wanted a “land and water” rug he could play with his dinosaurs on and this works perfectly. His playroom is also more of a narrow rectangular shape, so the irregular abstract shape of this rug fits well in the space, and doesn’t cut the room off. It’s also very soft. Overall we’re very pleased with it.

The color of these rugs are only printed on the top layer, which means they show every footprint or mark as the fabric moves and the white underneath pokes out. It also gets dirty incredibly easily, it almost seems to soak up the dirt in a way my other, traditional rugs do not. And for being machine washable, it is surprisingly hard to spot clean. The color does look as pictured (assuming you don't touch it). It is not as wide or long as advertised, even at the widest points. It came with a pull on the rug edge that is only going to get worse over time.

Love this rug! It really brightens up my office. It's super soft to the touch, too. Great purchase.
