I was skeptical about pine pollen but it’s the real deal, I feel like my old self since I’ve been taking it. I would highly recommend it.

Early days, but I seem to be less "foggy" and have more energy.

Just a week or so in, but seem to have more energy. Will update after a month. Was (pleasantly) surprised by the taste, it is satisfyingly sweet.
