Really positive experience, especially not really knowing what to expect beforehand.
The bit fitted was far better than the existing one. Daughters horse is so much happier, more relaxed, doesn’t fight with the bit anymore. It took a thinner, gentler bit and removal of noseband! Less is more as they say 😊
