Restora Cervical Neck Traction Pillow

Great design, no more neck stiffness when i wake up

I’m not very comfortable with the pillow, it’s not the same as it was in the picture and it lacks more instructions, as far as can I sleep sideways on it or do I have to sleep on my back the whole time. Can you please explain
