THE RIBBON KISS

The metal on this ring was really flimsy, it broke within a week of buying this product. It was really disappointing because I have absolutely loved all the other rings I’ve purchased from Ikaika in the past.

This is/was my favorite ring out of all the rings I’ve purchased. Sadly I purchased the Ribbon Kiss in 2/24 &?the lower right side of the ribbon snapped off after wearing it for an hour when taking my hand out of my pocket. After sending pics and explaining the issue they were great and sent me a new one quickly. I suggested that unless they improved the metal to make it as strong as the left side it was going to happen again and it did. So I started reaching out two months ago for my replacement and have gotten nowhere!!! Yes, it is still under warranty and I have gotten only one vague response with my MANY attempts to exchange this for a replacement. So that being said, I am not happy at all with this situation which is unfortunate because I have been a regular customer since Shark Tank Hopefully this review will get me a response because I have tried everything and nothing else has worked.

I'm so glad I saw a repeat episode of Shark Tank! I was immediately intrigued and saw this ring and had to have it. Quick shipping and great quality. I'd definitely buy again!
