Great, but doesn't like my hard water!

I love this product, and when it works it works very well --the secret is to stay vigilant with the pinhole. My only problem thus far has been I basically need to put a new hole into the bottom every time before I water. My water is very hard, so this is a necessity. I didn't realize it wasn't dripping as expected until many days later, so be sure to check! I wish the needle was a touch thicker, but so far so good.

Great idea. Nice design. Very pleased with product. Perhaps you could design an optional, detachable lid that would protect the water from dust and bugs if the user is away for some time. Daughter pleased with gift as already uses your poles. Have bought one for self and will buy a pole too. 5 stars

Perfect pot and moss pole

The pot and moss pole combo was the perfect for setting up my philodendron melanochrysum. Really happy with the quality and aesthetic of the products.
