Chicory & Elderberry

You can really taste the elderberry with its distinct tartness when prepared cold. This concentrate has no sugar so when I mixed it with cold water it was very refreshing. I added a little Agave syrup and with its low glycemic index as it ads subtle soft sweetness which is heavenly. This is not a standard chicory mix but I love the mix of antioxidants and the fiber. This is a natural as you can get without the caffeine.
