Basic Dog Intolerance Test

I love the choice I made to use this test.

I never received this product I would like a refund!

This place is a rip off don’t purchase as so called “test” from this site! They even send you an email to activate a test they never intend to send. They want you to activate an email not a test then after you agree to them not sending you a test then they send you instructions to send a sample of your pet’s hair in a sandwich bag and then you have to pay to mail the hair to their address. It doesn’t seem reliable so I asked for a refund and they refused because it was over 14 days! I spent 7 of the 14 days waiting for a test to come in the mail with something a little bit more secure than a sandwich bag. Then the other 7 days with customer service trying to figure out what was going on.. thank goodness I paid with PayPal and because I can escalate with all my proof they their website is misleading to thinking they will send you a test and they try to make you agree to it by stating you have to activate “a test” that you never receive.
