Premium Douglas Fir Orchid Bark

It’s not the bark. It’s the fact that one can’t get through to a person. I tried to inform you that your website does not list the quantity of bark (3 qt) in the package I bought. (I enlarged the photo and could see the amount in the image of the package. So I went ahead and bought it.) As a respectful favor, I tried to point out the problem. This led to a ridiculous exchange with your “support” bot. The jolly attempt to make Elm Dirt seem personal broke down at that point. The bark itself seemed fine, although the chip size is smaller than I would expect from a “medium” designation.

All of my orchids are doing very well now that I added the orchid mix. It has the nutrients that they were missing from the big box store orchid food. I will be ordering the food again very soon!

I like the fineness of the bark. I'm waiting for my orchids to quit blooming before I repot them, but when I do, I believe this product will work well, with a little leca and perlite mixed into this.
