Long Sleeve, Mermaid Lace Gown

Ordered 2 dresses online. The smaller size for better, but still was going to need more alterations. So I called Lara’s and explained and they said to return the larger dress, and order another smaller size. I kept the one I thought fit so I could compare with the smallest size. Once I tried the smallest size I could see it it the best. So I kept it and returned the third dress. It’s difficult ordering on line because you have to try on dresses and in my case it took trying on 3 sizes. I’m the end, I was able to keep the smallest size and Lara did refund me for the other 2 I did not keep. These dresses are expensive, so I was a bit hesitant. But they put my mind at ease. I was happy that I could speak to someone in person, and not just relay in emails. It is because of their customer service that I bought a beautiful and elegant dress for my daughters wedding. I will keep them in mind and will refer my friends for any future events. Thanks Lara!
