The new Alpine 509 plug and play was so easy to install and is a perfect fit for my needs. I advise against using the factory microphone because it’s trash! Just get their adapter and use the mic that comes with it. I hope I’m able to return the extra adapter.

Best Radio Upgrade

Alpine is the best. TGP makes the install a breeze. I wish they would have adjusted the gain for the factory mic. Other than that 5 stars!

Trail Grid Pro ROCKS!!

I got the Alpine 9” head unit, JBL amp Bypass bundle and took advantage of the alpine dash cam free gift. I had also installed Alpine 6 speaker bundle at an earlier time. It was a very fun install. I used a combo of the Alpine amp install blog and the Kicker amp install video for direction. Both were fantastic. I had issues finding the remote wire hook up from the head unit but the kind, patient people at trail grid pro sent me pictures and directions in crayon to show me the way. The sound is amazing!! All my stock functions work seamlessly with the new head unit. The only thing sacrificed is the compass on the dash info center. This company is amazing and I look forward to my next purchase, the boxed Alpine subwoofer to complete my system.
