Aroma Diffuser Cleaner

The brand clearly aims for a luxury image, but the customer service doesn’t match. Response times are slow, which is disappointing given the expectations that come with a premium brand. There’s potential here, but service needs serious improvement.

Hi, my diffuser has stopped working, I have used it in my car and now it’s dead so I have been trying to charge it for the last 3 days.However, it won’t charge and I can’t get it to turn on.
