I remember my father wearing the full coat that this was based on when he worked frozen foods or car pickup or unloading deliveries from refrigerated trucks. I've worn in as my Spring/Autumn middling jacket - people who see it stop to talk about their memories of the company. And hey, it is really comfortable and soft inside!
