Big Oh Bijoux Question of Love Charm

Texturing is inconsistent - shiny sections on bail which is meant to be a sand-blasted finish and coarse parts on heart which is meant to be shiny. Cute design, but for nearly $1,000 I would expect better execution. Smaller ring holding the heart is also crooked.
