Great customer service
Beautiful earrings but unfortunately one of them had a faulty catch so it came off when I was out. Katie immediately replaced it with no quibble. Excellent customer service that makes me confident to continue investing in her beautiful jewellery knowing if there's a problem it will be dealt with with great customer care x
