Crossbody Multi Case®

I sent a message to libra cases twice due to an issue with the case I received, and I have not gotten a response yet. My issue is with the Wallet portion of the case. The credit card pockets are very tight and the inner lining gets crumble and comes out when I take out a credit card and it’s difficult to push the lining back in. I had a libra case previously with the wallet on the back and I could fit more credit cards in it. It was more of an accordion type wallet. I’m very disappointed in the wallet on the back of this phone case. I’ve purchased the cases several times now for myself and for my daughter, and I’m very disappointed in the quality of this one . It’s also disappointing and upsetting that no one has contacted me in response to my two messages complaining about the quality of this case.

Loved the look and the material. Do not like the bulging when I put credit cards in the slots.

The case is nice, the strap is flimsy, looks like it will not hold up well.
